About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell fire doors and related solutions. The role involves building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, fire consultants, and end clients, while driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and key accounts.

Get information of new projects. and convert leads into orders.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

Promote fire doors through presentations, meetings, and site visits.

Work closely with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and order execution.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Stay updated on fire safety codes, building regulations, and competitor offerings.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Requirements

Graduate (preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Business; Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply).

2–5 years of experience in sales of building materials / fire safety / doors & hardware / construction products preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
