About the Role

We are seeking a professional Customer Support Analyst to join our team at MyOperator. As a Customer Support Analyst, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a foundational understanding of MyOperator products and services.
  • Assist in providing quick, professional, and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including questions on orders, quotes, product issues, and general inquiries.
  • Support ticket management, ensuring written communication is clear and customer-friendly.
  • Meet personal and team targets by learning to explain the benefits of MyOperator services and identifying opportunities to add value for clients.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in any field with a keen interest in customer support.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Basic organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn negotiation and client interaction techniques.
  • Ability to work from the office (WFO) in Noida Sector 2.
  • Availability for a rotational shift schedule.
