Oracle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. As a key member of our Support organization, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customer base while serving as an advocate for their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diverse customer situations and called out issues, providing expert technical guidance and support
  • Serve as the technical interface to customers and internal Oracle teams for problem resolution, maintenance, and product usage
  • Have in-depth knowledge of several Oracle products and platforms, with expertise in multiple areas
  • Routinely act independently, researching and developing solutions to complex customer issues
  • Project lead roles may be assigned, requiring strong leadership and communication skills

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or MCA preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in customer-facing roles, with high commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Expertise in EBS R12/Fusion/SOA, with techno-functional skills in Financials (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash Management, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and application setups, with ability to identify impacts on business operations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and lead teams
