Renewable Energy Foundation Design Expert

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing foundations that power the future of renewable energy.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in civil and structural wind turbine generator (WTG) foundation design for large-scale renewable projects.

You will be responsible for designing and optimizing WTG foundations, performing load and stress calculations, selecting cost-effective materials, and collaborating with geotechnical, electrical, and civil experts to deliver holistic project designs.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with international standards and drive continuous improvement while balancing safety, quality, and cost optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and optimizing WTG foundations
  • Performing load and stress calculations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred)
  • A Master's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (Advanced Structural Analysis preferred)
  • 8-12 years of experience in Power & Utilities/Renewable Energy sector with proven WTG foundation design expertise

Preferred Skills:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Proficiency in software: STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RFEM/RSTAB, SAFE, ETABS, PLAXIS 2D/3D
  • Strong knowledge in geotechnical risk assessment, seismic hazard analysis, hydrological risk assessment
  • Expertise in wind turbine foundation design
