Operations Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead and oversee inspection operations for solar and wind energy projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QA/QC, project execution, vendor and stakeholder management, and team leadership, with a proven track record in solar and wind energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead inspections across manufacturing, installation, and commissioning stages for solar and wind energy projects.
  • Implement and ensure compliance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
  • Optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites, maximizing productivity and minimizing costs.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to maintain quality and delivery standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders for project coordination and issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed reporting of inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status.
  • Drive adherence to industry best practices, safety standards, and renewable energy regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement in processes, team performance, and inspection efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred).
  • Experience: 6 to 10 years in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy (solar and wind mandatory).
  • Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components.
  • Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy.
  • Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Additional:
  • Willingness to travel to project and vendor sites frequently.
  • Exposure to utility-scale or large rooftop solar/wind projects preferred.
