Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for overseeing the overall direction and performance of daily operations, including management of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Establish goals and policies that promote a positive company culture and vision.
  • Lead employees to maximize performance and dedication, and evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics.
  • Assist in fundraising ventures and participate in expansion activities.
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industries such as ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defence technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics.
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.

Ambition
