As a strategic business leader, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s B2B sales strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Presentation Design: Structure and design executive-level presentations for customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Data Analysis: Consolidate and analyze customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to senior leadership.
  • Business Reporting: Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Initiative Tracking: Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Strategic Decision-Making Support: Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

This is not a front-line sales role but a strategic business position designed for someone who has B2B Sales experience and can translate complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong Technical Foundation: MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • Program Management Expertise: 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Mandatory B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Excel and PowerPoint Expertise: Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
