Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Leader

Job Description:
  • Recruit, manage and develop a high-performing team of leaders and agents to drive business growth.
  • Identify and select top talent from the market to lead our sales teams.
  • Maintain and enhance recruitment targets for new agency leaders and agent enrollments.
  • Develop successful leaders who can recruit and retain high-quality agents.
  • Enhance quantity and quality of recruitment through effective coaching and development programs.
  • Create a supportive platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associates and Agents to facilitate easier recruitment.
  • Drive AFYP (Annualized First Year Premium) and case growth in the unit.
  • Foster collaboration between Financial Executives, Agency Associates and Agents to achieve mutual goals.
  • Focus on developing potential EC, MDRT, CEO council agents across the entire unit.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by encouraging and rewarding outstanding performance.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to IRDA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies and emerging opportunities.
  • Execute plans for sustainable business growth and expansion.

  • Add-on of number of new agency associates Case Rate & Case Size Agent satisfaction survey
  • Accuracy and timeliness of information
