Job Summary:

The Product Launch Strategy Manager will oversee the planning and execution of new product launches across various portfolio segments.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement launch plans, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
  • Partner with regional leaders and key functions to ensure adherence to project milestones.
  • Drive excellence in launch management, focusing on resource allocation, material planning, and financial assessments.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences and product potential, assessing go-to-market strategies and supporting local teams in customer profiling and channel planning.
  • Manage the end-to-end commercial aspects of new product launches, from demand generation to supply planning.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline, such as business administration or marketing.
  • At least 20 years of experience in planning, new product launches, or a related field in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of planning, product development, regulatory processes, and launch management.
  • Familiarity with pre-clinical, clinical, CMC, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions.
