Product Strategy Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Manager to join our team.

  • This role will be responsible for developing product strategies to maximize revenue and optimize cost.
  • The successful candidate will analyze numbers and derive insights to inform product decisions.
  • They will use big data and Artificial Intelligence to ideate and conceptualize targeted interventions and programs, focusing on shaping new products and continuous product improvements.
About the Role:

This is a high-visibility role that requires strong communication and collaboration skills. The Product Strategy Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product roadmaps.

  • Develop a product roadmap for both existing and new product launches, with a focus on customer needs and expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate complex topics and resolve conflicts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6+ years of solid product management experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in card product management at leading consumer banks.
  • Full-time Master's degree from a Tier 1 B-School (majoring in Finance, Marketing, Management, or Business Administration).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
