Key Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation and Product Strategist to drive business outcomes, lead digital initiatives, and guide technical teams in a Manufacturing/Power/Renewables/EPC/Engineering/Infrastructure context.

  • Leverage 8-15 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or technology leadership to implement digital tools and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to link digital initiatives with business objectives.
  • Apply strong leadership and people management skills to guide technical teams and foster a culture of innovation.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • MBA (preferred) – with specialization in Technology, Operations, or Product Management.
  • Certification in AI/ML, Product Management, or Cloud Technologies.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience in Data Science, Data Lakes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least one additional programming language (Java, C++, R, or JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks.
