Senior Digital Transformation Specialist

As a seasoned Digital Transformation Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in leading our organization's digital initiatives and software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of our IT software applications.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to drive innovation and efficiency across our operations by managing a team of Business Analysts/PMs and developing key digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- IT Software Application Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of our IT software applications from requirements gathering to implementation and deployment.
- Digital Transformation Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that aligns with our business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts/PMs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Oversee the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and drive adoption in the field.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance, to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple digital projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): A deep understanding of how software is built, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies to manage projects efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.
- Change Management: The ability to plan, implement, and manage organizational change, helping employees adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Leadership: The skills to mentor, motivate, and guide a team of Business Analysts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify complex problems and propose innovative, technology-driven solutions.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of budgets, return on investment (ROI), and how technology initiatives impact the company's bottom line.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the industry landscape and best practices in IT management.
- Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
