Job Overview

Larsen & Toubro is a leading international conglomerate with diverse businesses across various sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Bhubaneshwar.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with government officials, key customers, and industry partners. This includes business development work for L&T's various businesses, including Edutech, Sufin, Green Energy, Semi-Conductor, and Data Center.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead new age business initiatives and promote L&T's culture and value systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and build relationships with government officials, key customers, and industry partners
  2. Develop and implement business strategies for growth and expansion
  3. Lead new age business initiatives for L&T's various businesses
  4. Evaluate and assess business performance
  5. Promote L&T's culture and value systems
  6. Involve in employee engagement ideas/initiatives to improve performance, retention, and talent attraction
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a master's degree being an added advantage.
