Job Description

Nexus India is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Industry Partnership Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential partners and industry stakeholders, attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify collaboration opportunities.

They will participate in negotiation processes with potential partners or suppliers, working to align the interests and objectives of both parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

This role involves taking responsibility for product launches, managing a cross-functional team in collaboration with industrial partners, overseeing collaborative projects, ensuring they meet their objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of the Joint Business Plan (JBP) between Nexus India and industrial partners, maintain records of collaboration agreements and contracts, and prepare regular reports on collaboration activities, performance, and outcomes for management.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, who can analyze customer insights in collaboration with industrial partners to identify areas of opportunity for new product marketing strategies, leading to a direct increase in revenue.

The successful candidate will address challenges or conflicts that arise during collaborations and work toward effective solutions, seeking ways to maximize the value of partnerships and resolve any issues that may arise.

Collaboration with various departments within the company, including research and development, marketing, operations, finance, to align collaboration efforts with overall company goals, is also essential for this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a master's degree, such as an MBA in Business Management, Marketing can be an advantage, particularly in highly competitive industries.

Candidates with course work in areas like content writing, project management, negotiation, strategic planning, marketing, or international relations will be preferred for the role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and collaborating effectively with external partners.

Familiarity with market trends, customer behavior, and global industrial partnerships, experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners, are also required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
