Senior Credit Card Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Credit Card Administrator to join our Procurement Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall credit card program, including card applications, end-user training, policy development, and monthly auditing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the credit card program, including card applications, end-user training, and policy development.
- Conduct monthly audits of P-Card transaction data and produce reports.
- Serve as the point of contact for cardholders and merchants/vendors, supporting application processes, training, and customer support.
- Support the setup of systems to simplify cost allocation and reconciliation.
- Review and audit P-Card reconciliation to verify completeness and confirm compliance.
- Build, set up, and maintain credit card accounts, including recovery of funds owed.
- Assist in the enforcement and development of purchasing card policies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and banking regulations.
- Track submission of receipts and take appropriate action for late submissions.
- Monitor transaction review and approval steps for compliance.
- Audit receipts and transactions each month using a systematic approach with a focus on high-risk and high-dollar transactions.
- Work with first-time merchants to facilitate onboarding.
- Coordinate and test with new vendors.
- Work with vendors to resolve questions and issues.
- Assist in reconciliation when necessary.
- Analyze activity and present updates to management.
- Maintain reporting and dashboards to track and monitor program benchmarks.
- Degree: Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working within a supply chain and/or purchasing environment in a similar capacity.
- Working knowledge of card programs and administration, policies, and controls.
- Experience with card systems and controls, such as Citi, JP Morgan, Amex, etc.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills.
- Problem-solving and continual improvement.
- Strong basic mathematical skills required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
- Attention to detail is a strong requirement.

The BCG Global Procurement function is currently made up of more than 45 procurement professionals located in London, Stockholm, New Delhi, Boston, and Munich.
This Sourcing Manager position will be supporting our team with sourcing projects on a strategic and operational level. The scope of work will be global, regional, as well as local, requiring procurement experience, relationship building, sell-in capabilities, and sensitivity to local requirements.
