Senior Administrative Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee all administrative and general services tasks ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and support services.
Principal Accountabilities- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment. Manage office supplies and equipment ensuring timely procurement and maintenance. Coordinate and manage office seating arrangements and space utilization.
- Facility Management: Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and other facility-related services. Manage security systems and ensure the safety of employees and assets.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and services. Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with key suppliers. Manage the PR/PO process through SAP for General Service requirements.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. Ensure all logistical aspects are managed efficiently including catering, transportation, and accommodation.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Asset Management: Manage the distribution and maintenance of company-provided SIM cards. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of SIM card issuance and returns. Coordinate with service providers to activate, deactivate, and troubleshoot SIM cards.
Roles you need to interact with inside/outside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work: Operational Head, Compliance Head, External vendors (e.g., housekeeping agencies, Security Vendors, other Admin vendors/suppliers, etc.).
CompetenceEducation: Graduate in any stream. Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administration or general services role is a must. Other Requirements: Experience in facility management and event coordination. Knowledge of procurement through SAP and vendor management processes. Ability to adapt to different environments and changing priorities.
