Job Role: Admin Executive - Aakash
Job Summary:
As an Admin Executive at Aakash, you will be responsible for managing all administration-related tasks on a daily basis. This includes overseeing day-to-day office activities, maintaining attendance records, and managing front desk operations. You will also be responsible for booking training and meeting programs, arranging office supplies, and maintaining office assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administration-related tasks on a daily basis
- Oversee day-to-day office activities and maintain attendance records
- Manage front desk operations, including dispatch and housekeeping staff
- Book training and meeting programs
- Arrange office supplies and maintain office assets
- Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries
- Manage out-of-office activities
Requirements:
Language proficiency: English and Hindi (for branches in North); English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malyalam (for branches in South); English, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada (for branches in South)
Experience: 1-4 years in a similar role
Education: Graduate in any discipline
