The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic and detail-oriented approach, serving as a key link between clients and internal teams. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to execute deliverables and manage social media accounts for clients.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met, leveraging strong project management skills to drive success.
Key Responsibilities- Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Support end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events, from conceptualization to execution.
- Assist in handling client meetings and communications, ensuring seamless collaboration and resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies that meet client goals and objectives.
- Manage social media accounts for clients, creating engaging content and driving online presence.
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of event management and/or production, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
