We are seeking a Senior Client Servicing professional to bridge the gap between our clients and creative teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective advertising solutions.
The role demands a high level of strategic thinking, creativity, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and building strong relationships.
- Understanding client business goals and marketing objectives to provide strategic inputs.
- Briefing internal teams clearly and managing project timelines end-to-end.
- Coordinating and following up on campaigns to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Presenting creative ideas and campaign plans with confidence and clarity.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling agency services.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling.
- Prior agency experience is a plus.
