Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling their queries and requirements effectively.
  • Understand clients' objectives and facilitate smooth communication with clarity.
  • Support the team in maintaining positive client relationships through collaborative efforts.

Strategy Support & Content Development

  • Assist in creating engaging communication materials like briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers.
  • Gather insights from case studies, industry news, and other sources to support deliverables.
  • Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives under guidance.

Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality outputs are delivered on time.
  • Track deliverables and timelines to ensure processes run smoothly.
  • Provide operational support to Unit Leads/Managers for client projects.

Research & Insights

  • Conduct basic research, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking.
  • Monitor industry and digital trends to identify potential communication opportunities.

Business Support

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support the team in preparing pitches and proposals.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in preparing performance reports with clear insights and learnings.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, structured, and aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good writing and presentation abilities.
  • Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
