
Voice and Accent Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Voice and Accent Trainer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the communication skills of our employees.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing effective training sessions on Voice and Accent, Soft Skills, Culture, and Pre-Process.
- Providing constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to ensure they meet learning standards and objectives.
- Conducting gap analysis to identify opportunities for Communication/Soft Skills Enhancement/Improvements based on customer service issues.
- Developing and submitting regular reports to Training Managers/Team on training progress and effectiveness.
- Identifying Communication Errors and collaborating with the business to implement on-job training interventions for operational employees.
- Enhancing your core skills through regular contact with key stakeholders to align skills and training with business priorities.
- Designing and implementing dashboards and knowledge checks to measure training effectiveness.
- Providing post-training support to trainees through call monitoring to identify recurring issues/errors and take corrective action.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in facilitation, coaching, group training delivery, and team management.
- Extensive knowledge of Voice and Accent/Grammar/Culture/Customer Service/Soft Skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, and excellent listening skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
