Job Title: Voice and Accent Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Voice and Accent Coach to join our team. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on improving pronunciation, intonation, and overall communication skills.

Your primary objective will be to enhance the English language proficiency of individuals and groups, ensuring clear and effective communication in both professional and personal settings.

  • You will develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of learners, focusing on voice modulation, accent reduction, and pronunciation improvement.
  • Assess learners' current proficiency levels and identify areas for improvement through diagnostic evaluations and feedback.
  • Create and utilize various training materials, including exercises, workshops, and multimedia resources, to facilitate effective learning.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group sessions to address specific communication challenges and goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Training for V&A Domain
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, Communication, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Certification in CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in additional language training methodologies or voice coaching techniques.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with cultural nuances and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
