As a strategic partnerships manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with financial institutions to expand business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.
  • Evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with forming alliances and determine their alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions, ensuring regular communication and clear expectations.
  • Negotiate agreements that protect our interests and align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all alliances meet regulatory requirements and align with our business goals.
  • Drive growth and new initiatives by identifying joint opportunities with partners and tracking their progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform partnership decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in the financial services space, preferably with banks, payment networks, fintech companies, or mobile and consumer durable OEM companies.
  • Proven ability to generate growth using data-driven insights.
  • The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • A network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across various levels of the organization.
