
HR Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our human resource administration, recruitment and payroll management efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:
- Indian Labour Laws and Statutes
- Statutory Compliance and Audit (EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.)
- Payroll Management and MIS Reports
- Human Resource Administration and Recruitment
- Employee Welfare and Insurance handling
- Full and Final Settlements, EPF Settlements
- Cess Assessment
- Procuring Licenses and staying updated with amendments
- Clearance of Labour Notices under Statutory bodies
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Expertise in statutory compliance and audit
- Experience in payroll management and MIS reporting
- Strong background in human resource administration and recruitment
- Employee welfare and insurance handling
- Full and final settlements, EPF settlements
- Cess assessment
- Procuring licenses and staying updated with amendments
- Clearance of labour notices under statutory bodies
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, methodical, and process-driven
- Independent, proactive, and initiative-taking
- Positive attitude, hardworking, and ability to work under pressure
