Location: India, Remote

What you'll do:

  • Onboard clients to use Talenode to its fullest potential through hands-on configuration, enablement, and value realization.
  • Track deployment and usage across accounts, driving adoption, measurable outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to guide ICP, product roadmap, and tech team focus with clear, prioritized requirements.
  • Build a repeatable playbook for partnerships and client implementations to speed future rollouts and outcomes.

  • Up to 3 years in consulting, customer success, product-facing roles with strong communication and problem-structuring.
  • Bias to action, learns fast, comfortable with HR/People Analytics workflows and enjoys bridging users, data, and product.
