Dynamic Workplace Culture Leader

This role seeks a visionary professional to champion workplace culture, talent development, and strategic growth.

Culture Building Initiatives
  • Design and implement inclusive culture-building initiatives that foster energy, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Create recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication programs that drive engagement and retention.
Talent Development Strategy
  • Develop strategic hiring pipelines that attract high-potential talent aligned with our values.
  • Design long-term retention plans, including growth paths, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition.
Performance Enablement
  • Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes with a focus on development and accountability.
  • Partner with leaders to identify learning and development opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks.
Policy, Compliance & HR Operations
  • Ensure HR policies are progressive, fair, and compliant with Indian labor laws.
  • Streamline people operations and documentation through scalable systems.
People Intelligence & Insights
  • Track and report on people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse, etc.) to inform decisions.
  • Use data to proactively solve challenges around retention, performance, and engagement.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setup.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
  • Deep understanding of today's workforce dynamics, especially Gen Z and Millennial talent.
Preferred
  • Proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from the ground up.
  • Experience building HR initiatives that directly impact retention and team morale.
