**Job Overview**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Malkapur. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
The HR Manager will also be involved in developing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and facilitating professional development and training programs.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and multitasking abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience in the finance or investment industry is highly desirable.
