About the Job:

The role of a SuccessFactors Consultant is to implement and configure various modules for large organizations. This includes Global Time and Employee Central (EC) based on business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Configure time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, and interim rules, as well as the configuration of payouts, proration, and carryover logic.
  • Work on configuring time valuation rules, time collectors, overtime calculations, and thresholds.
  • Understand objects used within Time Management modules, including interim and PEP rules.

To be successful in this position, you will have experience with implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules, along with a solid understanding of HR and talent management processes.


About Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires expertise in SuccessFactors modules, particularly Global Time and Employee Central (EC). You should have experience with time-off configurations, workflow management, and performance management.

Additional skills include:

  • Knowledge of HR and talent management processes
  • Understanding of organizational development and change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities

You should also be proficient in testing and validation methods to ensure accurate module configurations and regulatory compliance.
