Job Description

As a senior operations manager, you will be responsible for driving process improvements in operations, quality, productivity, customer experience, and workforce metrics across the organization.

  1. Manage planning and deliverables for multiple programs, including resource allocation and infrastructure planning
  2. Define operational metrics aligned with business goals and establish processes for measuring, tracking, and driving continuous improvement
  3. Influence business priorities to drive positive returns on investment and present strategic insights to senior leadership
  4. Set performance goals, assess progress, and address performance barriers with actionable plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements, with a minimum of 2 years of program or project management experience and 5 years of team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong self-driven leader with demonstrated ability to proactively drive, manage, and grow an operations team
