Job Summary

This role is a pivotal technology operations position within the Digital Strategy and Operations team, responsible for delivering the Bank's digital strategy for communications and marketing. The team manages critical platforms to achieve business objectives.

  • The Senior Manager will maintain awareness of the Group's strategic priorities, partnering with the Head of Digital Strategy and Operations to build a best-in-class communications and marketing stack.
  • They will drive alignment between Strategy and Talent, CABM and other Support Functions, helping build a 'one bank' culture which delivers for all.
  • The Senior Manager will identify and support new use cases across technology platforms, improving business efficiency and maximising tool usage.

The team is responsible for managing a portfolio of CABM solutions, including digital asset management, events, and survey platforms.

Key responsibilities include configuring and administering technology platforms, developing best practices for platform usage, and training end-users.

Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee housekeeping initiatives, update access permissions, and remove obsolete data.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly organised, analytical, and strategic thinker with experience in operations, technology management, or marketing automation.

Proven experience in working with digital asset management, events, and survey platforms is essential.

A strong understanding of technology governance, compliance, and regulatory obligations is also required.

Excellent organisational, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills are necessary for this role.

The ideal candidate will be able to build effective working relationships across all levels of a global organisation and work collaboratively with a geographically-distributed workforce.
