Experiential Fleet Operations Role

This is an opportunity to join a team in a key role where you will be responsible for the development and execution of proactive maintenance projects. The successful candidate will have experience with broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and document broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure.
  • Resolve and root cause analyze issues escalated from Tier 3 Incident/Response & Tier 2 Site Operations Teams.
  • Identify patterns in technical issues and develop projects to deploy appropriate solutions globally.
  • Utilize scripting to configure and deploy hardware and software infrastructures.
  • Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to provide support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Unix, Windows & Mac based operating systems.
  • Knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video, lighting, network and control.
  • Ability to create detailed documentation and project proposals.
  • Flexibility to continuously teach and be taught new technologies and workflows.
  • Undergraduate degree or 4 years of related experience in IP based broadcast, live production, experiential, media technologies, networking or computer science.
