Job Title: Client Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing world-class service and support to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

The Client Support Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Providing reactive level I and II technology support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance
  • Resolving client issues with installation, connectivity, crashing, slowness, security, and Office Integration
  • Providing proactive technology support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance
  • Monitoring team mailboxes for client issues and client emails that have bounced back Resolve client issues and notify the account team of client emails that have bounced back

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of networking, computer engineering, and application troubleshooting
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues and explain solutions
  • Excellent time and task management abilities, with self-motivation and good discipline
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and create documents for fellow team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Technical expertise in FIX protocol, EMS/OMS, JAVA, Oracle DB, and various server OS platforms
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as shell, batch, and PowerShell
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Citrix
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
