Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation: Represent clients in court, during legal proceedings, and in negotiations, advocating for their interests and ensuring their legal rights are upheld.

Legal Advice: Provide clients with legal advice on various issues, including their rights, obligations, and potential legal outcomes.

Case Management: Manage all aspects of client cases, from case strategy to document preparation and filing.

Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide informed legal opinions.

Document Drafting: Prepare, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements.

Negotiation: Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Court Appearances: Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and advising them on legal strategies.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal standards, procedures, and ethical practices.

Qualifications:
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensure: Licensed to practice law in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana (or in progress for recent graduates).

**Experience**:
For Fresh Graduates: No prior experience required; internships or clerkships are a plus.
