- **Due Diligence**:

- Conduct legal due diligence on property acquisitions or investments, ensuring there are no legal encumbrances or title issues.
- Verify that all property transactions are legally sound, including checking titles, deeds, and other legal documents.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- A law degree (Juris Doctor or LLB) from a recognized law school.
- Admission to the Bar and licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in real estate law or working with real estate firms is often preferred.
