**Position**: Junior Advocate
**Location**: Hyderabad
**Experience**: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience

**Qualifications**: Must have completed AIBE (All India Bar Examination) and have Bar Enrollment

Key Responsibilities:

- **Legal Research**: Conduct in-depth legal research on various cases, statutes, and legal precedents.
- **Drafting Legal Documents**: Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents such as plaints, written statements, petitions, affidavits, and legal notices.
- **Court Appearances**: Attend court hearings, assist senior advocates in case preparations, and represent clients in lower courts, if applicable.
- **Client Consultation**: Interact with clients to understand their legal needs and help provide necessary legal guidance under the supervision of senior advocates.
- **Case Management**: Assist in managing the case files, maintaining records, and ensuring timely submission of necessary documents and paperwork.
- **Legal Strategy Development**: Collaborate with senior advocates to formulate case strategies and assist in legal planning.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on recent legal developments, amendments, and rulings that may affect ongoing cases and clients.

- **Analytical Skills**: Must have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze legal information critically.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well with senior legal professionals and support the team in case preparation and legal proceedings.
- **Time Management**: Able to manage multiple tasks effectively under deadlines.
- **Knowledge of Legal Procedures**: Basic understanding of legal procedures, court practices, and relevant laws.

Required Qualifications:

- **Education**: LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- **AIBE Completion**: Must have passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
- **Bar Enrollment**: Must be enrolled with the respective State Bar Council for practicing law.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in civil, criminal practice is a plus but not mandatory.
