**Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducational Qualification**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) - Mandatory**:

- **Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) - Optional** but beneficial for specialization
- **Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India (BCI) and have a valid license to practice**

**Experience & Training**
- Fresh graduates or **0-3 years of experience**:

- Internship or training under a senior advocate or law firm preferred

**Legal Knowledge & Skills**
- Legal research & case law analysis
- Drafting & documentation (contracts, petitions, affidavits, agreements)
- Court appearances & case preparation
- Client consultation & legal advisory
- Knowledge of **Civil, Criminal, Corporate, and Constitutional Law**

**Soft Skills**
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and ability to handle multiple cases
- Ethical and professional conduct

**Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)**
- Diploma in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, or Criminal Law
- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Certification
