Senior Sales Manager- Real Estate Sales

At Square Yards, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth, this individual will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales agents, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a team lead role. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, and have the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales agents to improve performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a team lead role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
  • Motivated to handle rejections and stay positive
  • Proficient in Hindi and English is mandatory
