Job Role: Presales Team Lead - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Presales Team Lead to join our Real Estate team at BNM Business Solutions LLP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and contributing to our organization's top-line revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue increases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, sales teams, and prospects/buyers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to prospects.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction while striving to maximize sales for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results in a Real Estate industry setting.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
