Job Description

You will be responsible for supervising facility operations, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining relationships with building authorities.

  • Oversee the smooth functioning of facility services, including Building Management Services, Security, Housekeeping, Catering and Cafeteria Management, Printing & Stationery, Executive Assistance and Pantry Services.
  • Bilateral relationship management with local government agencies to expedite issue resolution.
  • Awareness of relevant statutes governing your office's activities and adherence thereto.
  • Periodic updates to Associate Director / Director on administrative tasks under your jurisdiction.
  • Effective crisis management skills in scenarios like fire drills, transport arrangements during heavy rains, medical emergencies etc.
  • Compliance with ISO Audits 22701, 22301 & 45001 requirements.
  • Familiarization with Firm's internal processes for petty cash handling, bill processing, vendor management, inventory control, material movement, GST, invoicing, SAP, reporting to Finance, MIS management, building maintenance, scrap disposal, etc.
  • Familiarity with departmental SPOCs in Finance, IT, Talent, RRO, and Admin departments across offices for seamless administrative synchronization.
  • Maintaining precise records and tracking AMC contract renewals and other agreements.
  • Ensuring timely receipt and discussion of Talent and Service Line Partners' team requirements with your Director.
  • Staff management and motivation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A postgraduate degree or MBA or Diploma in Business Administration or related fields is mandatory.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of job description, effective stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and good command over local language.
