Job Title: Facilities Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our property or facility. As a seasoned facilities expert, you will lead the team in implementing building procedures and performance measures while ensuring compliance with established standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily property operations and manage client activities for the assigned property or facility.
  • Implement building procedures and performance measures, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and developing better processes.
  • Ensure property safety by encouraging adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their expectations and concerns.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes and deliver quality work practices according to contracts and budgets.
  • Foster teamwork and excellence through training and coaching sessions, upholding a culture that thrives on collaboration, cooperation, and performance excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in finance management, including budgeting and financial operations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
