
Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring high net worth relationships and managing them to deliver exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire affluent clients and maintain client relationships to generate assets under management (AUM).
- Advise clients on their investments and manage their financial portfolios.
- Deepen the wallet from existing clients by offering tailored services.
- Track the affluent client segment in the market for new business opportunities.
- Research and investigate available investment opportunities and financial market trends.
- Coordinate with product and research teams to provide investment advice to clients.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and other business development activities to grow the client base.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a private bank or wealth management setup.
- Minimum investment amount of Rs 1 Cr and above.
- Experience advising clients across asset classes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- At least 3-4 years of stability in previous companies.
- Post graduate qualification.
Required Skills:
- Selling of financial products such as mutual funds, PMS, and structured products.
Preferred Skills:
- Good vintage in present and previous companies.
