Job Title: Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring high net worth relationships and managing them to deliver exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire affluent clients and maintain client relationships to generate assets under management (AUM).
  • Advise clients on their investments and manage their financial portfolios.
  • Deepen the wallet from existing clients by offering tailored services.
  • Track the affluent client segment in the market for new business opportunities.
  • Research and investigate available investment opportunities and financial market trends.
  • Coordinate with product and research teams to provide investment advice to clients.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and other business development activities to grow the client base.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a private bank or wealth management setup.
  • Minimum investment amount of Rs 1 Cr and above.
  • Experience advising clients across asset classes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • At least 3-4 years of stability in previous companies.
  • Post graduate qualification.

Required Skills:

  • Selling of financial products such as mutual funds, PMS, and structured products.

Preferred Skills:

  • Good vintage in present and previous companies.
