Financial Leadership Role

This full-time remote role involves overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The Financial Leader will manage audits, oversee cash flow, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management to ensure timely payment of invoices and minimize financial risks.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards (IFRS, GAAP).

Requirements:

  • Strong Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills.
  • Experience in financial reporting and audits.
  • Knowledge of cash flow management and financial regulations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • CPA, CA is a significant plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
