Key Business Development Role

Synergize Central Govt. Public Sector growth by leveraging established connections.

  1. To strategize and execute Central Govt. Public Sector business expansion using existing relationships.
  2. To oversee software solution sales in assigned territories, set sales targets, and ensure their achievement.
  3. To identify new opportunities, nurture them, and drive them to closure.
  4. To create sustainable business models for the organization by acquiring new accounts and managing end-to-end responsibilities.
  5. Exceed sales targets through order volumes, revenue, region penetration, market share, profitability, and growth.
  6. Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to build and maintain robust sales pipelines, progressing key opportunities through the sales cycle.
  7. Implement sales strategies that drive enhanced revenue generation for the organization.
  8. Enhance CSM Tech knowledge within Ministries, Public Sector organizations, and uncover new opportunities.
  9. Deliver quarterly sales quotas from new accounts.
  10. Formulate win-win strategies for both organizations and clients.
  11. Regularly utilize sales CRM to effectively plan and measure sales activities.
Essential Candidate Profile

  1. Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of Central Government Public Sector operations.
  2. Should have effective experience in bespoke IT application sales, software sales (excluding hardware sales).
  3. Must demonstrate a proven track record of successful sales target achievement.
  4. Should possess strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at C-suite levels.
