
Sales Growth Specialist

As a Sales Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth by managing and controlling the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Business Development Representative (BDR) team to define the best strategy for outbound prospecting and consistently develop qualified opportunities with key decision-makers.
You will be responsible for achieving monthly quotas of closing deals and accurately forecasting revenue while maintaining up-to-date CRM records.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of new business sales experience in a closing role
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting sales quotas and generating referrals
- Cold calling and cold emailing experience with a proven track record of initiating contact with potential clients
- Lead generation and pipeline building skills, successfully identifying and nurturing new business opportunities
- A curious, persistent, and results-oriented individual with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with the capacity to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively
