Job Title:

A Customer Order Management Manager role has become available in our organization.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to lead teams and create an environment that maximizes team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to work with multiple functions and stakeholders, and have a solid understanding of supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage leadership skills to maximize collaboration between teams and drive results.
  • Contribute to the development of the local Supply Chain strategy with the site leader and stakeholders.
  • Manage overall communications and interactions between global Customer Order Management stakeholders and site operations.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement strategies to improve order throughput and meet financial targets.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in customer-facing supply chain logistics and international trade.
  • Strong understanding of multiple functions to collaborate and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
  • IT systems proficiency, including Sales Force, Oracle, One Cummins, Power BI.
  • Significant level of experience required.
