About the Role

We are seeking a skilled French interpreter to join our team at Datamark, Inc. As a French interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately translating conversations between French and English.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in linguistics, excellent listening and speaking skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rendition of correct concepts and meanings between French and English following complexity, clarity, tone, and style from one language to another.
  • Providing strict renditions of messages including every detail of the conversation.
  • Emplying good customer service and communication skills.
  • FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLIENTS, MANAGING THE FLOW OF THE CALL, AND AVOIDING TAKING OVER THE CALL OR INTERACTION WITH LIMITED ENGLISH SPEAKER PERSON WITHOUT THE CLIENT'S PERMISSION.

You will also be required to maintain confidentiality, handle multiple conversations simultaneously, and adapt to different accents and speaking styles.

Requirements
  • Fluency in French (C2, C1, B2) and English.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
  • Ability to concentrate and remain neutral and objective at all times.
  • Rotational shifts (including night) comfortable.

We offer a competitive salary package of up to ₹7.87 LPA, plus overtime pay, mediclaim, and other incentives based on performance.
