Job Title: ServiceNow Lead

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex ServiceNow implementations, with a strong focus on technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise
    • Create and manage intricate flows, business rules, and scripts that drive process efficiency and automation.
    • Design and implement approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
    • Develop and maintain domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies that ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  • Integrations
    • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, leveraging APIs and web services to unlock new capabilities and streamline business processes.
  • Metrics & Reporting
    • Establish and track key performance indicators, such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Upgrades & Maintenance
    • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to define and streamline workflows, driving business value and user adoption.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, document governance practices, and train L1/L2 teams on best practices.
