ServiceNow Architect

Job Overview : Neutrino Advisory is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions within the financial industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to architect and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :Platform Architecture & Strategy :

• Lead the overall platform design, architecture, and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform roadmap, including future enhancements and upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to platform and project teams.

Enterprise-Scale Initiatives :

• Oversee and drive enterprise-scale transformational initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement robust and scalable architectures to support complex business requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM.Technical Design & Documentation :
• Design and maintain comprehensive architecture diagrams, technical controls, and documentation.
• Participate in process and design workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

Technical Escalation & Support :

• Resolve complex technical escalations, including platform outages and defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow instance management, including cloning, upgrades, and patching.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, providing guidance and support to team members.

Integration & Data Management :

• Act as the integration expert, ensuring seamless connections across systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and implement data integration strategies, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Expertise in CMDB and CSDM framework design and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM modules.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect, leading enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep understanding of CMDB and CSDM framework.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow releases, versions, and upgrades.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to work in a 1pm to 10pm IST shift.

Technical Skills :ServiceNow Platform :

• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, design, and development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM).
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• ServiceNow instance management (cloning, upgrades, patching).

Integration :

• Proficiency in REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of data mapping and transformation.

Data Management :

• Expertise in CMDB and CSDM framework design and implementation.
• Experience with data modeling and data migration.
• Understanding of database concepts.

Cloud & Infrastructure :

• Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Knowledge of network and infrastructure components.

Certifications :

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (required).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (preferred).
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
