IT Asset Management (ITAM) Architect
with strong expertise in HAM/SAM processes, tools, and compliance. The role involves designing and implementing HAM/SAM frameworks, managing enterprise-wide software licenses, ensuring audit readiness, and driving cost optimization.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAM.
  • Hands-on expertise in
    ServiceNow HAM/SAM Pro
    (preferred) or equivalent tools (Flexera, Snow, Aspera).
  • Strong knowledge of
    license models
    (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe).
  • Proven experience in
    software compliance, vendor audits, and cost optimization
    .
  • Good understanding of
    ITIL, ITAM frameworks
    .
  • Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.

Preferred Certifications:
ITIL, ServiceNow SAM, CSAM, or CITAM.
