IT Service Management Leader

As an IT Service Management Leader, you will oversee the strategic direction of our IT service desk operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless day-to-day IT services delivery.

  • Develop and implement effective IT service management strategies to drive continuous improvement in IT services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize IT services and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve complex user issues and escalations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee and coordinate support requests through our ticketing system.
  • Provide expert support for employees with hardware and system-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with established SLAs by managing escalation processes effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT managerial role, preferably in service desk or IT support.
  • Excellent technical understanding of IT systems and technologies.
  • Proven analytical skills to analyze issues and recommend solutions to enhance IT services.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and user interaction.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based service support processes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
